What we collect

Sign-in. Your email, name, profile image and identity-provider details from sign-in. Registration also records your IP address and browser user agent.
Sign-in history. Successful sign-in providers, browser names and reported versions, times and IP addresses, shown in your account's Security settings.
Subscribers. Your subscription and billing history, your funding preferences (creator share and excluded publishers), and extension activity linked to your account. Activity includes publisher IDs, detection method, hostnames, time spent and page views. Creator activity on third-party platforms can include full page URLs; website observations use hostnames rather than page paths. Uploads include your extension version, IP address and receipt time. This information is not anonymous to us.
Payments. Stripe collects your card details and billing address at checkout, and uses the address to calculate tax. We keep invoice amounts, billing periods and links to Stripe's invoice PDFs, not your card details or billing address.
Publishers. Your Publisher ID, aliases, website and creator integrations, contact email and country, plus your payout balance and transfer history. Bank details and identity checks live with Stripe, not us.
Reports and support. Submitted URLs, evidence, messages, decisions and related notifications.
Our website. Our public website does not use advertising analytics or tracking scripts. Requests still pass through hosting and delivery providers, and operational logs may contain request details and errors.

What the extension does

The extension inspects page headers and content locally to find Publisher IDs. Its activity uploads send identifiers, URLs where applicable, and counters, not copies of page text. It stores credentials, discovered publishers, preferences and pending activity in your browser.

The membership proof sent to a publisher contains no account ID, name or email. This is separate from the account credential used to upload activity to us. Selecting Pause extension in the popup stops membership proof being sent to websites and pauses publisher discovery and activity measurement; activity recorded before that is still uploaded. Disable or remove the extension to stop all of its activity.

How we use and share it

To run the service: issue membership proofs, sync your extension, calculate payouts and manage your account.
To talk to you: billing notices, policy updates and support replies.
To keep things fair: spotting fraud and abuse.
Publishers receive aggregate activity statistics, including creator page URLs and totals for their own content, rather than subscriber identities. Report participants receive case information according to their role; staff may share relevant evidence when investigating. See our reporting guide.
Service providers. Stripe handles payments, tax calculation and payouts. Google, GitHub or LinkedIn handles your chosen sign-in. Postmark delivers service emails, including account updates with the affected integration label and a link to your account. These emails do not include extension credentials or private report messages.
Ideas & feedback. We store your submissions, comments and votes with your account. Submissions are visible only to you and administrators until approved. Approved posts and their comments are visible to signed-in members with your public alias, or “Member” if you have no alias. Comments appear immediately. You can delete your own posts and comments; closing your account removes your posts, comments and votes. Deleting a post also removes its discussion and votes.
Hosting and operations. Hosting and delivery providers process service traffic and stored data. Cloudflare also provides website screenshots and screenshot storage; screenshots of publisher pages may be displayed publicly. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Never for advertising. Never sold.

Access, correct, delete or export your data any time: email support@zeroad.network, and we'll respond within 30 days.

The legal essentials

Security. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to essential staff. We'll notify you of any breach.
Closing your account. Closing your account removes local profile and publisher contact details, sign-in links and personal notifications. Linked usage, reports, allocation settings and financial records are retained to preserve accounting and history. Stripe records and accounts remain. Closure does not erase historical logs, backups or records held by other providers; contact support for a separate data request.
Cookies and storage. We use a session cookie lasting up to 7 days, sign-in security cookies, and a short-lived cookie for messages and redirects. The extension uses browser local storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on our website. Our payment page loads Stripe's script, which may set its own cookies to help prevent fraud. External services have their own data practices.
Where data is held. Hosted in the UK and EU. Stripe (US-based) operates under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Age. Not for anyone under 18.
Changes. We may update this policy. Changes take effect once posted here.
