Welcome to ZeroAd Network! We're a UK-based limited company that lets subscribers enjoy an ad-free web while supporting creators.

Subscribers pay a monthly fee, install our browser extension, and we pool those funds to share with partner publishers based on the time you spend on their sites.

Publishers integrate our system to recognize subscribers and deliver ad-free, tracker-free content, including bypassing paywalls for higher tiers.

By using our service—as a subscriber, publisher, or both—you agree to these terms.

If you don't agree, please don't use it.

We may update these terms anytime, and we'll notify you via email or on our site.

Continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.

Who can join

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country.
• Our service is available worldwide, but everyone must follow their local laws, plus UK and international ones.
• Publishers: Your site must not break any laws (like illegal content, fraud, or harm) or skate on thin legal edges. We decide what's acceptable.

Subscriber rules

• Install the extension only on your devices and use it honestly.
• Don't game the system, like faking time spent, imitating telemetry data, using bots, DDoS attacks, or any other cheats.
• Don't share your account, token, or benefits with others.
• Report issues or bad behavior to us right away.
• If you break rules, we can suspend or terminate your account without refunds or warnings.

Publisher rules

• Integrate our X-Better-Web-Welcome token (via HTTP header or META tag) to join.
• Use our free backend code modules (for various languages/frameworks) to check subscriber tiers and adjust content: Remove ads and trackers for all; bypass paywalls and give at least basic access for Elevated/Champion tiers (no extra payments or sign-ups needed).
• Deliver quality, ad-free content to subscribers without tricks.
• Don't abuse the system, like inflating engagement or encouraging fake traffic.
• If we get reports or spot issues, we may investigate, ban your site, suspend that month's earnings, and redistribute them to other publishers.
• Handle your own taxes on earnings.

How it all works

• Subscribers: Choose a subscription plan and pay on time. The extension adds a unique token to HTTP requests on partner sites that respond with a "Welcome" header.
• Time Tracking: We measure real engagement time fairly—no creepy data collection.
• Payments: Monthly pools are split proportionally among publishers based on subscriber time. We handle distributions minus any fees.
• All payments to us are final unless we spot errors or violations.

Changes we can make

• We can update plans, pricing, features, tiers, or the service anytime for improvements or business needs.
• We'll aim to give notice, but it's not guaranteed.

Ending things

• You can cancel anytime.
• We can end your access for rule breaks, or any reason with notice.
• On termination, you lose benefits; unpaid earnings may be forfeited if due to violations.

Privacy and data

• We collect minimal data (like time spent) to run the service and distribute funds—no selling to third parties.
• We follow UK data laws (GDPR). Check our Privacy Policy for more.
• Publishers: Don't collect extra data from our subscribers without their clear okay.

What we're not responsible for

• We don't control publisher content or actions—browse at your own risk.
• We're not liable for losses, damages, or problems from using the service, except where law requires.
• The service is provided "as is"—no promises it'll always be perfect or available.

Sorting out problems

• Contact us first for any issues.
• These terms follow UK law. Disputes go to UK courts.
