Reporting a website or creator
Sign in and open Reports → Report a website or creator, or use the report button in the extension on a recognized partner page. Enter the page URL and choose the correct website or creator. On a shared platform, the creator’s Publisher ID helps identify the right integration. You do not need a paid subscription to report an issue.
Choose a reason and describe what happened. Include steps to reproduce the issue and relevant evidence URLs. Do not include passwords, tokens, payment information, or unrelated personal data. A successful submission opens your saved case. If saving fails, you will see an error. Repeated submissions for the same open issue return the existing case; add evidence there instead.
Investigation and privacy
A report is an allegation, not proof of a violation. It does not automatically change a partner’s earnings or payouts. Staff review the evidence and may ask you or the partner for more information. You can follow progress and reply from Reports. We send email updates to your sign-in address; reply on the case page to keep the conversation together.
Your original summary and private conversation are visible to you and staff. The publisher does not automatically receive your identity or private evidence. Staff may share relevant details when investigating. Once staff contact a publisher, that publisher can see the case and respond privately to staff. Decision reasons are shared with the participants. Do not put information you want kept private into evidence intended for sharing.
Decisions and appeals
Staff may resolve an issue or dismiss an allegation that was not substantiated. Administrators can explicitly restrict an integration after review, recording a reason. A restriction stops future earning for that integration; previously earned balances remain payable under the usual payout rules. An account’s closure has its own separate balance-forfeiture policy.
Either participant can appeal a resolved or dismissed case from its page. Explain what was missed and provide any new evidence. An appeal requests another review; it does not automatically reverse the decision or lift a restriction. Staff can reopen the investigation. All active case restrictions must be lifted before an integration can resume earning.
We do not promise a fixed investigation or appeal response time. Email delivery can fail or be delayed, so the case page is the source of truth. If you cannot sign in, contact [email protected].
